Meet the founder
Lelde Mežale
Her first introduction to commodities trading came through a graduate thesis on chrome trade flows. That early curiosity led to a role with a major steel trader as a talent acquisition intern, providing firsthand experience in HR within the industry. Later, a move into headhunting brought the opportunity to work directly with commodities trading houses and to build a strong professional network.
Bringing together this curiosity and experience, Talafind was founded to focus exclusively on talent search in the commodities sector.
